The hair looks great after using this conditioner, but it has become very thin. It wasn't like this before.

Even though my hair is naturally quite silky and straight, only the tips are a bit dry. I tried using the balm in different ways, but I feel like I need to look for another one; this product is not worth the money. However, there is one positive aspect - it washes out well. That's all, there are no other positive qualities in this product that deserve praise.
