Awful, the shampoo and conditioner are just terrible. They leave my hair feeling unwashed, sticky, and weighed down. By the end of the evening, my hair is already dirty again, with no shine or smoothness. At first, I thought maybe I didn't rinse properly with water. But no, even after using them three times, nothing has improved.
