Great comb

I decided to replace my Janeke brush, which I had been using for several years, and ordered one from Europe. I received the package and unpacked it at home. It turned out that I received a genuine counterfeit. Upon noticing the flaw on it, I reached out to customer support for a return, but they refused, as it is a personal hygiene product. Well... The brush sat in the cabinet for another week, and I decided to give it a chance. And that's when many flaws surfaced. Firstly, this brush tugs at the hair, while the old one combs beautifully. Secondly, using it is painful, as it scratches the scalp. Thirdly, the bristles on the brush are almost unnoticeable on the old one, but on the new one, there is a gap around the perimeter. Furthermore, the bristles on the new one are stiff and some have jagged ends! This brush is unusable, it damages the hair and scalp! Ladies, ALWAYS check the package, open it, and feel the product! This is already the second item on the website that I can confidently say is a COUNTERFEIT! And that is unpleasant.

I really liked this comb. It is lightweight, soft, and easily detangles both wet and dry hair without pulling or damaging them. The color is very beautiful, a vibrant shade of pink.
