This product is simply a treasure and a lifesaver for hair. I have been using this mask for 2 years now. Thanks to it, I have forgotten what a hairdryer and straightener are. My hair looks like it has just been to a salon.
They sent the mask in a soft package - in a bag, assuming, apparently, that I have a jar for it. However, they didn't indicate this anywhere! It's not nice to do makeup like that!!
Out of foolishness, I didn't ask the courier to open the package - it never happened before, and I trusted you. Of course, this will not happen again - now I will check every time what you put in there! A very unpleasant feeling from such service...
