The consistency of these two products is indeed similar, but the scent of the SVR is pleasant, delicately milky. This cream smells unclear to me, but it's not very pleasant for me. As for the effect, of course, a 400 hryvnias cream cannot replace a 2,000 hryvnias cream-gel, unfortunately. It simply provides light moisturization, nothing more. It doesn't even even out the skin tone in the morning.
