Well, they are delicate... I use them to clean the teeth around the braces, so not even the interdental spaces are cleaned and they don't have a strong effect. I try to use them delicately, but they bend terribly. They really only last for one use. I will try a larger size next time, although this size is perfect for me. Maybe they will be slightly stronger. The blue toothpicks from the same manufacturer are very cool and sturdy, but you also need to have micro ones for harder-to-reach places.
