I spent a long time choosing a product for strong hold. I have a slicked-back hairstyle with hair about 10 centimeters long, which has become very unruly. I used to use the green Uppercut, but it no longer holds. However, this product keeps my hairstyle in place all day, and I can even go the next day if I style it well in the morning. I am very satisfied with it. It doesn't fall apart on the crown of my head, and my hair doesn't stick together like a helmet. It does weigh down the hair, and it dries it out like most water-based products, but in my opinion, it's not excessive. It has a very subtle shine, almost unnoticeable, but it's not matte! The scent is very long-lasting, and I liked it. It's a masculine fragrance, but not sharp; it reminds me of a pleasant dessert. It smells different in the jar and on the hair. I really appreciate the large size of the jar. Overall, I think I'll try something else as well. Initially, I was considering Dax, High Life, or Rumble 59, but if they don't satisfy me after testing, I'll make Layrite my go-to product.
