To be honest, I was pleasantly impressed! The Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Balm dissolved and removed my makeup beautifully. It even removed the Essence mascara well, so I didn't have to wash it off separately like I do with the Round Lab hydrophilic oil. After cleansing with the balm, it doesn't clog my eyes (which is a huge plus) and doesn't leave a greasy film on my face. It feels like this cleansing is enough and I don't need a foaming cleanser (although I still use one as a second step in my cleansing routine). It cleanses the face perfectly!

The makeup remover works well and washes off fine, but it is too oily for my already greasy skin. If you have oily skin, it is better to choose the CLINIQUE Take The Day Off balm.

I really liked it! The makeup washes off very nicely, including the mascara! After removing it, I don't feel any greasiness on my skin.

I did not like it; I have previously used a balm from a different brand and have something to compare it to. The Joseon balm is very greasy, and even after washing my face with a gel, it leaves an unpleasant feeling of oiliness on my skin, and I already have oily skin. I used it to remove sunscreen. On the positive side, it has no scent. In my opinion, it would be suitable for dry skin and also for those who wear makeup.

I bought this product based on the recommendation of a cosmetologist, and I am satisfied with it! I felt the effect of a two-step cleansing, which is a completely different sensation from just washing your face with a gel or foam. This product has a safe composition for acne and is non-comedogenic, and it works well! I highly recommend it!

I am very satisfied with this balm. Previously, I used hydrophilic oil, but I decided to switch to this balm. It has no scent and cleanses very effectively, removing makeup, SPF creams, and so on without drying out the skin.

It emulsifies well, effectively cleanses the skin from sunscreens/makeup, and does not dry it out. It is fragrance-free.
