To ensure your candle burns evenly and releases its fragrance better, follow these recommendations to make your candle last longer and perform better:

- When lighting the candle for the first time, allow the top layer of wax to melt completely (about an hour). This prevents tunneling around the wick, helping the candle to burn longer and maintain its aesthetic appearance.

- Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to 5 mm (you can simply break off the charred end with your fingers). This ensures an even flame, prevents sooting, and keeps charred bits from falling into the wax.

- Do not blow out the candle! To avoid ruining the candle’s fragrance with a burnt smell, just cover it with a lid. The flame will extinguish on its own within a few seconds due to lack of oxygen. Then, open the lid immediately to let the smoke escape and not mix with the essential oils.

- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from flammable surfaces.

- Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours. Overheating the wax can diminish the fragrance. If necessary, extinguish the candle for 15 minutes, let it cool, and then relight it.
