Good water. I don't completely remove makeup with it, I first dissolve everything with hydrophilic oil and then wipe it off, removing any remaining makeup with this water. I don't particularly like washing my face with chlorinated hard water from the tap, as my sensitive skin doesn't tolerate such washes well. The product itself has a noticeable cosmetic scent, but it can be used, as the skin is well cleansed and soothed after use. The cost is relatively low compared to the quality of the product.
