I have problematic skin, so it is contraindicated for me to wear makeup because it worsens the condition of my skin. But when I remove makeup with this product, there are no problems at all. I have been using it for quite some time now and I recommend it to everyone. However, it is slightly expensive for me, but I don't wear makeup often ☺️ The delivery is always excellent. I don't know who it didn't work for, but personally, I am thrilled with it. I have sensitive skin and not everything works for me. I didn't buy it here, but this is already my third time purchasing it. I apply it by gently massaging it in, and it melts away, making it very easy to wipe off. Additionally, I use a special towel to remove any remaining residue. So far, this is my favorite.

I am very disappointed, I specifically got this for removing makeup. It didn't remove my waterproof Shiseido mascara at all. It's a good thing I decided to try buying just a sample. I will continue my search for my makeup remover balm because this one definitely didn't work.

I bought the balm/sherbet elsewhere. I have been using it for a little over a week and overall, I am satisfied. I am in my 30s, and my skin is prone to oiliness, dehydration, and sensitivity. This product does not tighten or dry out my skin. It cleanses gently. I cannot comment on its makeup removal properties as I rarely use decorative cosmetics.
