Hello, this is a great hair lightening cream that is gentle and does not burn or harm the scalp. I work as a hairdresser and I only use this cream to lighten the roots. If the hair is dark, up to level 6 in depth, I use it with a 6% developer. If the hair is lighter, it works well with a 4.5% developer (I mix equal parts of 3% and 6%). I visually monitor the processing time, which usually ranges from 30 minutes to 50 minutes. After lightening, I then tone the hair using bionic, mixing several shades together. I have been using this brand for over three years and everything is good!

The hair has turned yellow and become stiff, as if it was treated with a low-quality lightening dye. I do not recommend it!
