1. Perform a quality exfoliation with a scrub 4 hours before application.

2. Complete any hair removal, such as waxing or shaving, at least 24 hours before applying the mousse.

3. Apply only to clean, dry skin. Avoid using deodorants, makeup, etc.

4. Use a special glove to apply the mousse in circular motions, ensuring even coverage without missing any areas.

5. Ideally, apply the product in a single layer all at once. If a second layer is needed or adjustments are necessary, allow the first layer to dry for about an hour before reapplying.

6. The longer you wait to shower after application, the darker the tan will develop.

7. For the first shower, use lukewarm water for no more than 45 seconds. Do not use soap or shower gel! Resume regular showers 8-12 hours later.

8. Immediately after application, the mousse may transfer to light-colored clothing or bedding. Avoid contact with light fabrics for at least 2-3 hours after application.

9. To maintain your tan and keep your skin from drying out, itching, or peeling, regularly moisturize with body lotions that are free of sulfates and citrus essences.
