Nightmare.

This short and straightforward word perfectly sums up my experience with this product. I have never been so disappointed in my life.

From the moment I purchased it, the nightmare began. The packaging was damaged, and upon opening it, I found the product itself to be in a terrible condition. It was clearly mishandled during transportation or maybe even during production.

But my disappointment didn't end there. When I attempted to use the product, it turned out to be completely dysfunctional. It didn't perform its intended function at all. It was as if I had wasted my money on a useless piece of junk.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They showed no concern for my issue and offered no solutions or alternatives.

In conclusion, this product has been an absolute nightmare. It not only failed to meet my expectations but also resulted in a waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against purchasing it,
