Very pleasant scent. Very thick. Difficult to wash off. Wet hair looks great after using it, shiny and easy to comb. However, once it dries, it goes back to being dry with its usual shine, and it's impossible to comb without using sprays or oil. Unlike other masks, the scent lasts all day. Buying it once and alternating with other masks for the sake of its possibly good composition is possible, I don't regret the purchase. But I don't plan on repurchasing, especially when I can buy more effective foreign products in liter sizes for a cheaper price, because our products never measure up to them.

The dispenser doesn't work, so I can't evaluate the mask. It is very thick and difficult to get out. However, the delivery is superb. The courier is very pleasant to communicate with and punctual.

Since 22 years we have been complaining about the dispenser, but there has been no solution to this issue. Manufacturers, please change the dispenser! As for the balm, there is no feedback yet because it is difficult to access.

This hair balm is very good as it facilitates easy combing and leaves the hair soft.

I unexpectedly liked the balm-mask. After applying it, my dyed blond hair became vibrant, soft, and easy to style. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This balm is good, but the dispenser is just terrible - it takes a lot of effort to extract the balm. Every other dispenser breaks immediately. It is impossible to squeeze out the balm without the dispenser - the bottle is flat and rigid, and shaking it out is also problematic because the balm is thick. When the bottle is full, one can still manage to get the balm out using one of these methods, but when there is only a little left in the bottle, that residue goes into the trash along with the bottle because it is impossible to extract it from there. Please change the packaging!!!

Not a bad mask. It does weigh down the hair a bit, and it makes it greasier faster.

I really liked this balm, as it made my hair lively and shiny. It works perfectly when used alongside the matching shampoo.

I initially bought it just so that I would have it... I regularly dye my hair and, well, I accidentally burned the length with the dye. The only thing that can't be restored is the appearance. So, this conditioner deeply nourishes my dry hair in just a few minutes. Even during washing, they feel so much softer and pleasant in my hands. However, the effect only lasts until the next wash, but perhaps that's just because my hair is already completely damaged. I use it together with the leave-in conditioner UA pfofi with heat protection. My hair looks really good, and it's not the most expensive hair care option. I definitely recommend it.
