I am a fan of this brand. I have ordered shampoos but haven't tried them yet, but I have been using these creams for several years now. In winter, I suffer a lot from dryness and cracks on my hands. I used to use a chamomile cream, but it was lighter and absorbed well, but the top layer of my skin quickly became stiff again. However, with this SOS cream, I applied it and now I am sitting here happy. It has a normal consistency, but the effect is much better: the top layer of my skin remains softened and more elastic, which feels great. And there are no traces, films, greasiness, or anything extra. Super!

I was very happy with the surprises because I have never received any gifts with my orders for many years.

But I was really shocked by the illiteracy of the operator: when I explained that my address is on Chervona Ploshcha Street (a circular street in the city center), not Chervona Square, they replied that everything is correct, there is Chervona Street and Chervona Square. However, a person who went to school and studied the Ukrainian language should know the difference between a street and a square and how their names are spelled. So please correct the address selection system: it should be Chervona Ploshcha Street (a two-word name with capital letters for each word), and there are no Chervona Squares or Chervona Streets here!

But other than that, everything is good. I am satisfied with the orders and delivery.
