Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by thoroughly washing your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—you can try several and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly placed. If you detect dents or folds, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it’s in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction seal is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
