There are different folding techniques you can try to find the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to open up inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval once inserted. If you notice any dents, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try rotating it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, gently tug on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is formed, and the cup is successfully positioned!
