Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly placed. If you are unsure, feel the base of the cup - when inserted correctly, it should be round or oval. If you feel dents or creases, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try pulling the stem slightly; if you feel resistance, the suction seal is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
