Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup. There are various folding methods—you can try different ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup should open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice dents or folds, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, give the stem a slight tug; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
