I really liked the cream. I don't understand the outrage in some of the reviews, as you need to carefully read the instructions. The cream lives up to its name "Hydro-Balance" as it maintains the skin of the feet in a normal condition. It softens and moisturizes the skin without being greasy, and absorbs well. And if someone has cracks or other problems, they should use the corresponding cream for cracks, etc.
My 12-year-old son was diagnosed with hyperhidrosis of the feet. Excessive sweating of the feet causes the skin to become dry, cracked, and other unpleasant issues. I've been testing this cream for a month now. In terms of consistency, the cream is not greasy and absorbs quickly. However, for me, the cream feels lightweight, and this is a downside. I don't feel any softness on my heels. From this, I conclude that the cream may not be effective for severe issues. I didn't have any cracks or roughness, I just wanted to make the skin on my heels softer, but it didn't really improve, nor did it worsen. I would rate it a 4 with a big minus.
