Massage body in gentle circular motions, starting with the soles of your feet and work the brush up the body toward the heart. Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin like the soles of your feet. Do not scrub as this may damage the skin, as well as avoid any sensitive areas such as rashes, wounds, cuts, or infections. Five to ten minutes is the average time. Repeat if necessary. After each use, lightly run your palms over the bristles to remove dead skin particles left on the brush. Complete the routine by applying your favourite body lotion.
