I have been using hydrogel patches for a long time, and there has always been a feeling that they pull the skin down. With these fabric ones, I don't have that sensation, they are weightless! I specifically bought them to reduce swelling in the morning, and they do a great job with that task! I keep them in the refrigerator. I leave them on for 5-8 minutes because they dry quickly, but that amount of time is sufficient.
