The mascara for me is simply amazing. I bought eyeshadows and foundation from Maybelline somewhere in January, and received a small 5ml sample of mascara as a gift. It beautifully lengthens and separates my lashes, but it takes some practice to apply it nicely because the brush itself is not very convenient. It's my first time using this kind of shape, but I really liked that it is long-lasting and doesn't smudge throughout the day. This small sample will last a long time for traveling or on-the-go. One application is enough for me to lengthen my lashes, and the second time I use it to separate them. Get used to the brush and it will become your favorite, especially now for the summer. If I'm not lazy, I will add photos, but I think I have already added a review and photos before.

It performs excellently in terms of waterproofing. It does not leak or crumble. It can be washed off with foam, but it may take several tries to remove completely. However, it does not provide any lengthening or doll-like effect to the lashes. Due to the shape of the brush, it smudges the eyelid.

I am very disappointed. I love Maybelline, but this mascara clumps my lashes together, and after a couple of hours, I have black smudges around my eyes.

Winter - snow, spring, autumn - rain, or swimming pool, open water.... And my lashes are in great condition. Yes, it's true that it can't be easily removed with just water, but two-phase (oil-based) removers can handle it. This mascara met my expectations!

Maybe the mascara's expiration date has passed and disappointed some girls??

It doesn't open up the eyes at all for those who have straight and small lashes. It feels uncomfortable to wear, something keeps falling into the eyes and it also sticks together. And when it comes to removing it, it's a whole ordeal, only waterproof makeup remover can take it off, and even then, I have to rub my eyes very carefully - then I have a blurry vision for another 20 minutes. Money wasted, straight into the trash.

It's not easily removed with micellar water, but comes off well with hydrophilic oil. I've been using it for about two weeks now.

Plus, I noticed that when wearing a mask outside in cold weather with a hat, regular mascara tends to smudge, clump lashes together, and leave marks. With this mascara, I don't have any of those problems. It didn't cause any allergies and comes off easily with micellar water with oils. It does everything I expected it to, and I don't understand the previous negative reviews.
