I love this hair mask because it works amazingly well on both light blonde and dark colored hair. It is an absolute must-have for me. However, I do want to mention that it tends to stain anything it comes into contact with, so make sure to use gloves when applying it.

This mask is very good and perfectly accomplishes its task. Ladies, those who say that their hair turned green - they left it on their hair for too long + it is designed for brunettes, so blond and light hair will automatically turn green. I have a strong red undertone, so I leave it on for 7 minutes, which is suitable for my tone. You need to experiment and find your own timing, but for the first time, a maximum of 5 minutes is recommended. If the effect is not sufficient, then you can increase the time. And it also has excellent nourishing properties.

The product did not remove redness, but it darkened it by one shade exactly. So, if you, like me, simply want to get rid of the copper hue that is very visible in the sun, and want a cool tone without being black, this option will not suit you.

I have dyed hair. The color washes out and a red tint appears. I only bought the mask. The main care product from Matrix for colored hair. The mask is good and does its job. However, it would be nice to mention that it should only be used with gloves as my hands got stained instantly. It was difficult to wash off. It slightly dried out my hair.

I have dark chestnut natural hair that gradually fades into reddish strands towards the ends. In general, there is a noticeable copper tint when in the sun. I couldn't find a neutralizer for natural dark hair anywhere. I bought this one to try it out - applied it over a basin just in case (to prevent it from getting into the restored acrylic-coated cast iron bathtub) wearing gloves, but it also washed off what got on my hands. I poured the rinsed balm into the bathtub - it didn't dye it, but I wiped off the spots where the pure acetone had dripped, suggesting that it may penetrate in its pure form. I left it on my hair for a little over the recommended 5 minutes. As a balm, it's fine, makes combing easier, and adds shine. Subjectively, it seems like my hair has become slightly drier, but since I have oily scalp, it's not a big deal for me. In terms of the effect, it didn't turn green; it slightly evened out the ends and roots, making the hair slightly more neutral and darker, similar to the example shown by the manufacturer on a dark-skinned girl with afro hair. I bought it for around 325 UAH. The most important thing for me is that after toning, my hair doesn't look artificially dyed; the "natural" look is what I'm interested in. All in all, I don't look like a teenager with Tonika-dyed hair. Perhaps it's necessary to be careful and not overdo the application of the product, but my initial impressions are positive - there is no green, blue, or any other "cheap" tint in the sunlight.

The mask truly works, just like the entire series. After using it, my hair is shiny and not dry. It's better to use it with gloves because it washes off the scalp but sticks to the hands for longer.

I have henna-dyed hair with a reddish-brown shade. The mask neutralizes it. I don't use gloves. I wash my head, apply the mask, and take a bath. Everything rinses off easily. But of course, it's all individual, I believe it may not rinse off for other girls. I bought the whole series, the shampoo and conditioner. I like the entire series. The color of my hair was practically the same as shown in the product photo (the "before" photo), with warm yellow tones. However, the result was green hair. Unfortunately, this product does not meet the advertised specifications.
