Following the recommendation of my colorist, I simply use it once or twice a week. It completely removes any unwanted pigment. And if you want a cooler tone, I suggest leaving it on your hair for a longer period of time. But let me add this for those who are expecting only cleansing - you need to first wash your hair with regular shampoo and then apply this one. The result is just amazing! I definitely recommend it!

A fantastic tinted shampoo that I am completely satisfied with. Previously, I used inebria brand, and in comparison, this one is better (it doesn't dry out my hair, and it doesn't give a blue effect). I use it every other hair wash.
