In cosmetic formulations, it is typically used at a concentration of 1-2%, often in combination with alcohol or cosmetic oils. When used as a chemical peel, higher concentrations of 10-30% acid in ethanol are employed.Harmful if swallowed (lethal dose is approximately 1 gram per kilogram of body weight). Pure acid can irritate the respiratory system and skin, and there is a risk of serious damage if it gets into the eyes. I bought the same product a year ago, but it was 20 g then. Now I ordered almost the same one, but it came in 100 g. The package is big, it will last a lifetime.
Interesting thing, I decided to try it out for at-home exfoliation purposes.
