Before use, test the fragrance for individual tolerance. For aroma diffusers: use 2-3 drops for a 15 m² area. Inhalation: For hot inhalation (3-5 minutes) use 1 drop; for cold inhalation, use 1 drop for 1-2 minutes. Aroma pendants: use 1 drop. Gargling: mix 1 drop with 0.5 teaspoon of an emulsifier (such as baking soda, salt, or honey) in a glass of warm water. Baths: For general baths, use 2-3 drops; for warm sitz baths, use 1-2 drops. Massage and rubs: use 2-6 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. Compresses: For warm oil compresses on injured or painful areas, use 3 drops per 10 ml of oil. Nasal drops: mix 1 drop with 2-3 teaspoons of St. John's Wort oil, and apply 3-4 drops in each nostril every 60-90 minutes. Enriching cosmetic products: add 1-3 drops to 5 ml of base product. Cosmetic ice: mix 1 drop with honey or cosmetic cream (1 teaspoon), dilute in 200 ml of water, and freeze in portions. Use to wipe the face, neck, and décolletage area in the morning and evening. Internal use: add 3-5 drops to 100 ml of honey or jam, and consume 1 teaspoon of the mixture 1-4 times a day. You can also add 1 drop to your morning yogurt (at least 100 g). Drink plenty of acidified water, fermented milk products, or juices. Aroma brushing: apply the oil to the bristles of your comb.
