Sometimes there is a lack of the 11th shade, but I suppose it depends on the suppliers. It doesn't dry out my hair and it covers gray hair well. It also doesn't stain the skin much during application. It's difficult to find it in stores, so I purchase it on your website.

I purchased the shade 23, ash-blonde. Girls with a strong warm undertone, be cautious, without prior lightening, you will end up with a color resembling a "crazy orange."
