I really like these sponges. Yes, they are like other short-lived sponges, lasting approximately a month with daily use. However, it is not recommended to use them for a longer period of time, especially for problematic skin.

They work well, blend foundation perfectly, and are super soft and comfortable.

The quality of the sponges has significantly deteriorated. Previously, one sponge would last for a month of use. However, they have recently changed the material, and it is very difficult to remove stains after 2 or 3 uses. They don't even come clean in the washing machine, even with the help of dish soap. Moreover, they started to absorb a lot of foundation, which is very disappointing.

Not very good. It feels quite stiff and takes up a lot of product. The regular one from H&M was much better before.

Real Techniques sponges are my favorite. I occasionally buy others, but I always come back to these. They are soft and can be used to apply foundation very thinly. They have never shed on me, unlike the pink beauty blender. They are not very durable, but it's not hygienic to use a sponge for too long, so they are optimal for me - just when it's time to throw it away, the sponge is already worn out. It's more cost-effective to buy them in a set - it's cheaper per unit.

These sponges are an indispensable helper for me when applying foundation. And the set of 4 pieces also pleased me with its price. I highly recommend them!
