This shampoo is terrible. I have blonde hair. The first tube I bought in an offline store was fine, but when I ordered it online, my hair just turned into straw. Neither conditioner, masks, nor sprays help. PEOPLE, THIS IS HORRIBLE. My hair is not just straw. THEY ARE FALLING OUT. They break and fall out in an unreal amount. Now I don't know what to do, how to save them. If you have blonde hair, don't buy it. Maybe this shampoo will work for those who have uncolored hair and a greasy scalp.

Overall, I'm disappointed with this brand.

For lightened hair, this shampoo is an acceptable budget option. The purpose of a shampoo is to cleanse the scalp, not to moisturize or nourish it. However, this one slightly moisturizes, which reduces the freshness of the hair and requires more frequent washing. On the bright side, it does make the hair soft. So, it could be suitable for certain occasions.

I really liked it. I bought both the shampoo and the conditioner. My hair is highlighted and tinted. After using this hair care set, my hair feels soft.

I have just finished another jar of L'Oreal Paris Elseve Shampoo. I constantly buy these shampoos and simply alternate between the different series. This shampoo is absolutely amazing for roots that tend to get greasy and lengths that are not overly dry. It doesn't cause dandruff, cleanses excellently, and always has a pleasant scent. I have tried all of them, except for the 6-oil series and coconut oil, because I initially understood that they are for dry scalp. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and no matter what I try, I always come back to it. I have made the decision to stop experimenting and only purchase Elseve Shampoo.

I am disappointed. My hair feels dry like a rag after using this shampoo. Even the conditioner doesn't help. It's strange because I usually use the elseve "repair" line, and my hair is super soft after using it. I can go without washing for two days. But with this shampoo, my hair becomes problematic by the evening. The scent is noticeable, as if I just came from the salon, but I actually like that smell. I didn't consider it a problem. Most likely, this shampoo is just meant for cleansing and doesn't provide nourishment, repair, or protection. It simply washes the hair and that's it. I won't buy it again. The best in the entire line is the repair and nourishment with 6 oils.

Bring back the old formula!!! I have been using this shampoo on my head for my entire conscious life (around 9 years), but when I started using the new updated bottle, it just wasn't the same. My hair gets greasy, dandruff appeared, and my scalp itches((((I only used it three times.

I read the comments and I don't understand what kind of batch these girls got. The shampoo is average, it cleans well and doesn't cause dandruff (although I occasionally have it). It didn't fade the color - I'm a brunette with dyed hair. But the smell is a nightmare, I can't understand how they could describe it as a "gentle scent". I won't buy it again because of the GENTLE SCENT. Not for me.

I will start by saying that I did not purchase this product here, BUT I wanted to leave a review. My hair is porous and lightened using the airtouch technique. This shampoo is terrible! My hair feels like it has been brutally teased just during washing, and that's considering that I comb them well before washing my head. It also feels horrible to the touch. No conditioner, mask, or oil can really fix the situation. After drying, I look like a dandelion. On top of everything, I experienced dandruff and itching after the third use. In conclusion, a resounding NO! I'm happy for those it worked for, but I will not be repeating the experience.

I absolutely love this shampoo! I wash my hair every other day as usual. My hair is long and dyed blonde, but it never gets tangled. My skin tends to be oily, but this shampoo works wonders. It has a pleasant smell and a thick consistency. I always buy the largest size available. A 400ml bottle lasts me about 1.5 months, as I always lather my hair twice. I always buy Elseve shampoos, occasionally switching between different series.

Excellent. I have very high demands for shampoo - my hair is color-treated and very brittle. So, thanks to this shampoo, the length feels soft and the roots are well cleansed. It's a rare combination where both the scalp feels refreshed and the hair isn't overdried. As for color longevity, I can't say since my hair is white.

The perfect shampoo! Previously, I used L'oreal Vitamino Color, which I could sing praises about.

My hair: damaged from bleaching, dyed copper, which can quickly wash out, and oily roots. I bought a 700ml canister right away.
The shampoo effectively cleanses the scalp without drying out the length and ends of the hair. It makes them very soft and easy to style with a hairdryer. The skin gets oily as usual on the third day. If you don't have damaged hair like mine, you can do without conditioner. It doesn't wash out the dye as much as a mass-market shampoo can. Both shampoos are suitable for washing the length of the hair, but I don't do that and I don't recommend it with any shampoo.
I can compare the effects of Elseve with Vitamino Color, and of course, the professional line is even better.
