I read in a review on another website that this is a super moisturizing and "heavy" conditioner, and I thought it was just what I needed. My hair is dry and curly. But in reality, this conditioner is terrible. It makes my hair thicker and slightly softer, but there is no super moisturizing effect or silkiness at all. On the second day, my hair becomes extremely dry. It is also difficult to comb. I used it together with Paul's tea tree and lemon shampoo, and I tried using this conditioner as a leave-in conditioner, but the results did not improve. I will try using it with the moisture spray from the same series, but this product is definitely not worth the money.

The balm is fantastic! I use it like this: shampoo, conditioner, The Detangler, Super Skinny Serum. And my loofah looks healthy and silky))). If I skip something, there is no effect. Yes, the conditioner doesn't make combing easier and there is no point in using just shampoo and conditioner. But if I'm in a hurry and skip this conditioner (it needs to be left on for 5-10 minutes), then I really regret it afterwards. It is indispensable for me. My hair is dry, very dry. Even a straightener doesn't remove the volume. My hairdresser is shocked))).

I am disappointed with this product. It only slightly softens the hair, but instead, it makes my hair tangled and dry. Moreover, it is very expensive and completely useless. I will not buy it again.

I was incredibly disappointed with this product. After bleaching my hair, I thought this conditioner would be suitable for me. Unfortunately, my hair looks worse after using it, and it is impossible to comb through. It also has the scent of grandma's cream. I'm very sorry for wasting my money. I feel defeated and no longer have hope of finding a product that will make combing and reviving my hair easier.

Amazing balm! It's my must-have now. After using it, my hair looks just like in the commercials - silky, shiny, and full. The only thing is, your hair should already be damaged and dry for it to work effectively. Often, negative reviews for great products are simply due to incorrect product selection or misjudging the condition of their hair.

I have been using this series for about 5 months now and decided to leave a review, only if it's proven. This series is absolutely perfect for my highlighted, thin, and slightly dry hair ends. If before, on the second day after washing my hair, it would look a bit dirty, with this series, I can confidently go for 2 days and my hair feels very soft. The balm is terrible, it makes hair impossible to comb and doesn't moisturize at all. It's the most useless purchase... I don't recommend it to anyone.
