Guerlain Black Perfecto By La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum

This fragrance is very controversial and quite complex. As soon as I opened it and sprayed it, I could detect notes of tea, licorice, and pine. I will give it a month to develop. I was surprised by the rather modest packaging and lightweight plastic cap of these well-known Guerlain perfumes that I ordered from Europe.

Beautiful in both fragrance and bottle design.

The difference from the very first "dress" is that "Black Perfetto" is more intense and sweet, but still very similar. Immediately after spraying, it has a soapy scent, then it unfolds into a smoky plum, and only then does the sweet black tea come through. I didn't notice any leather notes. But, it's possible, this is purely my perception. You can't bathe in it. Just one spray is enough to smell good from a kilometer away.

The fragrance is exquisite, it's a pity that not many people understand it. It is neither old-fashioned nor soapy; one must comprehend and feel it. Yes, it's not light, and I would say it's not sweet either. The cherry note here is not like jam; it's smoky with a touch of tartness. Its longevity is excellent. Many compare it to Lolita Lempicka, but personally, I didn't find any similarities between the two scents. They are absolutely different and cannot be replaced with each other. The bottle I received was manufactured in September 2017, but for me, this is more of a plus than a minus.

The fragrance itself is amazing, very similar to la petite robe noir, but better, more concentrated, and in the standard la petite robe noire. The first note I smell is soap, and then a pleasant trail. Everything is perfect in this perfume. The order was delivered quickly. The only doubt I had was about the authenticity of these perfumes because of the packaging. The bottom of the bottle (volume, country of manufacture, etc.) is just a transparent sticker, not engraved like in other perfumes.

I have ordered the second bottle already, as I didn't immediately understand this fragrance. At first, it smelled like soap, but after about 15 minutes, it revealed a completely different scent. I only wear it at home, for myself.

The scent is nice, but it doesn't last long. There is no lingering trail.

Unfortunately, I didn't like it at all. This perfume is very unpleasant. I even bought a 30ml bottle, but it doesn't suit me at all. Maybe it will be better in cold weather. I love the brand Mun Guerlain. I have a miniature winter perfume and a 130ml eau de toilette. I even used the toilet water in the summer with just one spray. I like the sound of dried herbs and lavender in it. But this one is a nightmare to me.

I was afraid that my skin wouldn't be able to breathe, but it doesn't suffocate, which makes me very happy. I bought it not here, but in EVA, 30ml. If you want a light skin with black tea and a balsamic cherry note, then they will definitely suit you. I can't get enough of them. It's a pity they discontinued them. But I will say this, they are worth their money, so get them while you can.

The scent of leather is noticeable in both the perfume and the eau de toilette. However, the eau de toilette turned out to be more favorable for me, as it lasts almost a whole day and leaves behind a powdery residue. On the other hand, the perfume only stays noticeable for about four hours, with a monotonous leather note that becomes slightly acidic.

I initially bought a sample, wore it and liked it. So, I decided to buy a full bottle. The fragrance is unique, definitely something that needs to be tested. Many people say it resembles a masculine scent, but I disagree. At first, the fragrance is a bit sharp, but after a few minutes, it unfolds and it is definitely a feminine scent. To me, it smells like cherry and rose.

I found this flanker to be quite suitable. The classic version in the perfumed water is too overly sweet with a hint of alcohol for me, and the toilet water is too simple, like cherry compote. But here, there is a calm and balanced composition. This fragrance is not rebellious (according to Guerlain's description), but restrained and soothing. It settles on the skin very comfortably, blending in as if it's falling asleep there. It reminds me of itself with leathery notes, dark roses, and black tea. I can still feel the black pepper here, even though it's not listed in the pyramid.
I believe that this fragrance will appeal to those who love serious perfumes, ones that are not sweet, but quiet and balanced. Additionally, Black Perfecto will suit men who are just like this fragrance—calm, intelligent, and modest.

The fragrance is more wintery. It is rich and very long-lasting. Just one spray is more than enough. It sounds expensive and has a very long trail. The scent lingers for a very long time. Some may think it smells like an old lady, but it's not. This fragrance needs to be fully appreciated and given time. I bought testers, trying to understand if I needed it or not, but when all the testers ran out, I realized that I definitely needed it.

The fragrance is superb. It is long-lasting, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity, and has a powdery quality.

Not the most successful fragrance from Guerlain....I didn't like it. The scent is cheap.

I bought a sample of this fragrance, but I didn't expect much from it. I am a fan of fresh scents like Armani Acqua, Gucci Bamboo, Kenzo, and others. I know from experience that fragrances in black bottles suffocate me and are usually too sweet for my liking. However, this fragrance is very soft, delicate, and mysterious. I also agree with previous comments about the coat and hat. The only thing I didn't like is the first note - almond, because I don't like it. But after two seconds, that note disappeared. These perfumes are not suitable for everyday use for me, as they are too sweet. But for evenings, they are perfect. Now I dream of having a 30ml bottle.

I tried the tester and now I will order a bottle! The fragrance is luxurious, velvety, and deep. I can clearly smell the ripe cherry, sweet, with an association of dessert red wine.

I have seen reviews mentioning a lack of sweetness, but this is subjective. For me, the sweetness was sufficient, I would even prefer it to be slightly less.

I also agree with Anna's comment above about the hat and coat in dark alleys, it reminded me of Bulgakov's Margarita.

Heavy. Prickly. Cold. Unique. Languid. Somewhat repulsive, yet also captivating. Not a scent for everyone. After trying the sample, I want to have a whole bottle. I want to put on a hat and coat and disappear into the twilight streets. That's the impression I got.
