I didn't like it. It's watery and leaves my hair dry. Even when rinsing off the conditioner, my hair doesn't feel smooth and silky to the touch, but rather like a sponge, despite the presence of silicones in the ingredients.

I did not like either the shampoo or the conditioner. The scent reminded me of household soap after washing, and the consistency of the conditioner was very thin, unlike what you would expect from a conditioner.

The balm is pointless... I'm disappointed... It didn't work for me. Especially for that price... I don't recommend it. It doesn't moisturize the hair at all.

As you rinse off the product, your hair already starts tangling and feels stiff. It is equally difficult to comb your hair after showering. Overall, it doesn't live up to the claimed hair manageability. I will try it again, but for now, I can't recommend it.

I bought a shampoo and conditioner for colored hair and I am very satisfied with them. My hair looks shiny, smooth, and it is easy to comb through.

This product makes it easy to comb through hair, and it doesn't leave any lingering smell. As for whether it washes out color, I can't say for certain.

I ordered this conditioner for the first time, as I was impressed with the shampoo from the same series (the shampoo is great), but I can't say the same about the conditioner. I understood that it's some kind of unclear pouring, as I saw a photo of a large canister, but it wasn't included when I ordered it!! The conditioner itself is very watery, and there is no production date or expiration date on the bottle. I am disappointed with the product.
