I read some reviews and chose a shampoo for colored hair (brunette). It was not suitable at all, as it excessively dries out the scalp. As for color preservation, I haven't noticed any difference yet. My hair gets just as greasy as when using regular shampoos. This was my first time trying CHI hair products and I was disappointed. On a positive note, the scent is nice, but it doesn't last long.

I really liked the shampoo and conditioner.

I have been using this shampoo for two years now. It lathers well and has a nice scent. It doesn't dry out my hair, which is dyed with red roots and lightened ends. My hairdresser says that the ends are not splitting. The conditioner from this series is good, but the mask is not good.

I bought a hair mask and conditioner, and I really didn't like it! My hair is dry, dull, and lacks volume! However, for the past 4 days, my scalp hasn't been greasy. I do not recommend it.

I have highlighted hair (ombre), and after washing my hair, it becomes stiff and lacks any moisture. To detangle my hair, I tried using a hair mask, conditioner, and a heat protection spray. It was just terrible, I do not recommend it for colored hair!

The shampoo was disappointing; it dries out the hair and is difficult to rinse out, making it hard to comb afterwards. There are almost only negatives! The only positives are the pleasant scent and the ingredients, but what good are those ingredients if they don't deliver any results?

I am not impressed with this series or the CHI brand in general. I do like their conditioner with argan oil and their cream with black seed oil. That's about it. Their shampoos and conditioners are very ordinary. Before this, I used Infra, but when I started coloring my hair, I switched to this series. Although the shampoo doesn't strip the color as aggressively, my hair becomes dry and dull after using it (even with Infra, my hair was like this before coloring). The mask from this series is a complete nightmare, a waste of money. I will continue using it for now, as I foolishly bought a large bottle, but in the foreseeable future, I will switch to other brands. CHI has disappointed me.

I am really dissatisfied with this purchase. Normally, I wash my hair every other day, but after using this shampoo, my hair became extremely dirty on the second day. It also slightly dries out the length of my hair. I bought it together with the conditioner from the same series, and I have no complaints about the conditioner. However, I will not buy this shampoo again. Out of all the shampoos from this brand, this one was my favorite.

The shampoo is amazing! My hair is soft and silky even without using any additional care products. After a few uses, it became shiny and voluminous. Regarding the reviews about the dispenser: when opening it for the first time, you need to turn it counterclockwise by 360 degrees. I highly recommend this product for washing colored hair that is prone to dryness and brittleness.
