This product is decent, but the smell is a matter of personal preference. It has a strong scent, reminiscent of old-fashioned Soviet lilac perfume or something similar. It can be overly sweet and overpowering.

I bought this product for myself (since I don't have children yet:) and I use it as a shower gel and face wash. The scent is nice, but I was initially puzzled by how much it foams. I read the ingredients and SLS is the second one listed, along with a few other surfactants. I would probably think twice before using this product to wash a child's hair and body. However, for now, I continue to use it and it doesn't dry out my skin or cause any irritation.
