Overall, this product works, but it requires adding a lot in order for it to fulfill its main task. I have used it in various ways: with shampoo, with conditioner, and even undiluted directly on the hair. However, when used undiluted, it leaves stains on the scalp - some areas show a yellowish tint, while others have a more violet hue. The best option for me is to mix it with conditioner and use it as a mask after shampooing, leaving it on the hair for 5-10 minutes. Regular use is necessary to maintain a consistent result on the hair. If used occasionally, the desired outcome cannot be expected.
I ordered this product after reading reviews, hoping that it would at least provide some shade, but my expectations were not met no matter how hard I tried. I added it to my shampoo, to water, trying to apply it to my hair directly and waited for 15-20 minutes, but there is no shade whatsoever. It is thin, like water. I do not recommend it - it's a waste of money and it ruined my mood.
It blends beautifully!
If you add purple together with pink to the water, you can achieve a wonderful lavender shade of hair that has been previously lightened. After use, it is necessary to apply a mask or conditioner because it dries out the hair significantly.
I have ordered the violet shade several times and the first time it was very vibrant. I only needed about a tablespoon to neutralize the yellowish tones in 1.5-2 liters of water. However, now I need to pour half a bottle to achieve any noticeable effect.
Good day, I purchased the violet toning conditioner CAMELEO and I am satisfied with the results. I highly recommend it.
I can't imagine my highlighting without it anymore. I have been using it for over a year. It's great! The main thing is not to overdo it, I add about a tablespoon per liter of water. It neutralizes yellowing perfectly. I definitely recommend it! Thank you!
I am satisfied with this conditioner; I add it to my shampoo and it gives a very nice shade.
The product, in my opinion, is quite watery. I mixed it with a conditioner. It is difficult to control and it ended up being a purplish shade. Later on, it washes out to a green undertone.
Fast delivery, excellent rinses, does not wash off after washing, everything is great, highly recommend, thank you.
Hello! I wanted to leave a positive review about this product! For blondes, it's a real find. In just a couple of minutes, your hair takes on a beautiful cool shade. The only inconvenient thing is the application because it's quite liquid. I use a small bottle from an antiseptic to spray it throughout the length of my hair, directly onto the conditioner or shampoo.
The product leaves stains and easily washes off in blue/green.
Generally, I leave reviews when the result is either very good or the opposite. To my great joy, this is the first case! Honestly, after two months of struggling with my yellow hair, I was desperate to go to a professional colorist. I ended up with black color, never been a blonde before, of course, I understood that I couldn't quickly become ashy or light brown at home, but the yellow color was really ruining my mood. Removing the hat I wore to hide the annoying yellow added to the bad mood. After thoroughly studying all the reviews about this rinse, I decided to try it since I had nothing to lose. I specifically looked for a violet color to neutralize the yellow, as it is known to be capable of doing so according to the color chart, and all professionals use it. The result exceeded all my expectations! At first, I added 10 ml of the rinse to the same amount of hair mask and left it for 5-7 minutes. The effect on wet hair was already noticeable, but the yellow still showed through. I immediately followed the instructions on the bottle - 15 ml of rinse to 2 liters of water - and rinsed my hair twice. Finally, I have a light ashy blond color without any hint of yellow, and combined with the hair oil, it shines and shimmers with a pleasant pearl-like effect. Sincere thanks to Makeup for the fast delivery, I definitely recommend it to all yellow blondes!
This is my unsuccessful experiment with highlighting. For the first time, I tried using powder and applied it along the length of my hair. The result was that the freshly colored hair turned yellow, and the ends became almost white. It was very contrasting, but I decided to still try to tone it down. In order to achieve a lavender shade, I always dilute 20ml of toner in 600ml of hot water in a basin, and rinse it with a cup for about 3 minutes. The result is shown in the photo.
Overall, from the very beginning, I was very satisfied with the shade, but after 2 washes, it became muddy, and then grayish-green. And reusing it did not improve the situation at all. It's a good thing I still wear a hat for now. But there is no hope that it will wash out, because a month later, this greenish-gray tint is still stubbornly clinging, especially at the ends. Now I will have to make an appointment with a professional, I won't risk tinting my hair myself in the summer.
Wonderful!
My hair acquired a green shade after trying a cheap blonde hair product for the first time. The hairdresser was shocked and tried to wash it out with professional products, but they didn't help until they finally decided to dye it again.
I really liked the conditioner; it only works for light hair.
Very nice color. It has a slight hint of pink, pearlescent. It may appear brighter on lighter shades. Apply the color in moderation, avoid making it too dark. Mixing it with a balm is more convenient than diluting it in water. I recommend it.
I didn't buy it here, but I want to say that this conditioner is really good for its price range. I have blonde hair, and after using this conditioner, it gives a nice violet-ashy shade. I recommend giving it a try.
This product works wonders on highlighted and blonde hair, effectively eliminating any yellow tones. I have ordered it ten times already because I really like it. However, there is one downside: if you use it too frequently, it tends to leave a slight greenish tint.
I tried it according to the instructions, and it wasn't that great, but when I added it to my mask, the result was superb. It eliminated the yellowish tint and created a beautiful shade.
I am very satisfied with the result. I naturally have dark brown hair, and I dyed it with shade 012 cranberry. It turned out to be a golden brown on my original color. And then, I got tired of this golden shade and started missing my natural tone. This product practically restored my dark brown color in just one application! My hair is thin, straight, and long. I mixed 2 liters of water with 5 tablespoons of the toner, applied it to freshly washed hair, and left it on for 3 minutes without rinsing. It applied evenly and the result was not violet, but a natural nude brown.
Great conditioner! The key is to apply it correctly. It is suitable only for blondes! I recommend it to everyone who wants to get rid of yellow tones, not red ones!
Good toner
I really liked the toner. I have gray hair, and the light shade does its job perfectly. And the price is just ridiculously low.
The conditioner does an excellent job, my hair is dyed blonde and when the tint washes out over time after coloring my hair, I use this product to rinse my hair and the yellowing disappears. Girls who use this conditioner on dark, red, or brown hair, this product will not give you the desired result. This conditioner is designed for light-colored dyed hair, so if you have such hair, then the result will be great. I have been using this conditioner for 3 years and it has never let me down. The conditioner is simply amazing, and the price is very affordable!
I really like it. It completely removes yellow tones. I use 2 liters of water, 2-3 tablespoons of the product, pour it into a bowl and apply it, then I leave my head in the solution for a little while. I really like it, it's much better than purple shampoos, and I think it almost doesn't damage the hair in comparison. If you wash your hair well before using it, and use a mask or conditioner afterwards, rinse it off, and then use this product, your hair will remain in excellent condition. It didn't give me any redness or other colors, but that might be because I have a white bleached base. But if you want to tone your hair to purple, it depends on each individual. If your hair is smooth and doesn't absorb pigment well, like mine, there is a small chance that it will work.
I dyed my hair in Nude Russet and was satisfied with the result. The color turned out to be a medium russet with a slight purple tint, but after a week or so, it washed out to a golden shade. I saw this rinse and thought it could bring back that effect. But no miracle happened. I diluted three tablespoons of the rinse in 2 liters of water (the bottle indicates one tablespoon). I washed my hair, did not use conditioner. I rinsed it with the solution and nothing happened. So I decided to take desperate measures and poured half a bottle of undiluted rinse on my head. The result: it slightly reduced the yellowish tone, but I think after the second hair wash, the result will disappear. Conclusion: it may work for bleached hair, but don't expect any miracles.
This is an excellent conditioner that requires some experimentation and understanding of basic reactions. If you pour more product, you get a more concentrated solution, and if you pour less, the liquid is less potent. After rinsing, you can rinse your hair again with water - the violet shade will fade slightly and spread better on the hair, but you can also choose not to rinse. I've been using this product for 10 years, and it's versatile. I have never encountered any stubborn green residue. You just need to find your own concentration - for some, 15 drops are enough, while others may need four tablespoons. I always transfer it to a more convenient bottle and mix it with a few drops of the pink conditioner from the same series, depending on my mood - it creates a warmer and pearlescent shade. I really like that this product is economical, and I can decide the concentration I want. Thank you to the store for having it in stock and for the range of products!
I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I use it as a rinse (dilute in water and rinse my hair) and it gives a beautiful shade without any stains. Of course, it is more intense on lighter strands. It does not give a green tint because violet is a combination of blue and red. And red cancels out green.
The worst product for blondes, it leaves stains. I use Joanna here on Makeup. I have been using it for a year and have never had any stains at all.
I do not understand the negative reviews. Everything is fine with me, I have ordered it four times already for myself, my mom, and my friends, and it suits everyone. My roots have grown 10 cm and the dye does not color them. However, it tones the entire length of my hair where the dye is applied beautifully. It used to be reddish-yellow, but now it has toned down after being washed twice. The lighter the hair, the more it tones into gray. I dilute 3-4 spoons with a liter of water.
I naively thought that Polish meant good quality. It doesn't remove the yellowing of hair, no matter how long you leave it on. I tried different methods: diluting it in water, adding it to conditioner, putting it in shampoo, and just rubbing it on my hair - zero effect. It's just purple water in a bottle. Absolutely useless purchase. The bathroom is purple, my hands are purple - you can't wash it off, and my hair remains the same. I do not recommend it to anyone. Don't save money, buy something better than this!
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me! It didn't even cope with yellowness when I diluted 4 spoons of the product in 1 liter of water! I added it to a mask - but didn't notice any effect! Alas...
Absolutely zero, I tried to tone my hair with a purple bath, but it didn't work at all. I wanted to get rid of the yellowish tint, but the color remained the same.
I have balayage hair, and the ends constantly turn red. This rinse "refined" the color into a beautiful ash-blonde. I really like it.
The effect of this product on my brown hair was terrible. It made me look as if I had turned gray! I tried mixing it with pink, but the result was just so-so.
I bought this product, it's an excellent conditioner - it does its job well. However, there is one issue. It contains "2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol". According to information found on the internet, the use of this preservative in cosmetics is not recommended due to its involvement in the formation of carcinogenic nitrosamines - a class of very strong mutagens. Women of childbearing age should avoid using such cosmetic products, otherwise this "problem" may manifest in future generations.
Great conditioner, definitely no worse than Senko. The price was very pleasing.
Excellent rinse!
I like it :) You can get rid of the yellowish tint by using a mild hair rinse solution. You can also dye it slightly blue :) I made my hair tips purple. I'm a blonde :)
Excellent conditioner, it eliminates brassiness and gives hair a beautiful color.
