I purchased this cream not here, but at the pharmacy, but I want to leave a review. This cream itself is not bad, even very good for dry skin, but it is more suitable for the cold season because it leaves a slightly greasy layer on the skin. This is not surprising, as it contains a lot of lipids.

However, it has one significant drawback - its smell. I cannot describe it because I have never felt anything like it, but it is nauseating.

Upon opening the cream, it is not noticeable, but after applying it to the skin, it becomes strong.

I didn't like it mainly because of the unpleasant smell of rancid oil, and this smell is noticeable only on the skin. I do not recommend it!

The cream is simply amazing! I have never had anything like it before. It can't be compared to any other cream, even expensive ones. There is no sensation of the cream on the skin. It becomes a part of the skin and gives the impression that it is your own moisturized skin. It doesn't feel like a cream, it immediately blends into the skin and provides a superb moisturizing sensation. It has been a real find for me. There are two options available. One has less lipids, the other has slightly more. Both are really great. I will definitely order more. I use many other products as well, but with these, my skin feels like it's truly resting. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the chance to try out the Cream 12/10, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This cream truly stands out from the rest!

Firstly, let's talk about the texture. The Cream 12/10 has a smooth and luxurious consistency that glides effortlessly on the skin. It is not greasy at all, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate how it absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed without any residue.

I have previously purchased and been very satisfied with this cream.
However, this time it was terrible. It has a "scent" of rancid oil. I applied it to my face and body, and experienced itching. I thought it was an allergic reaction, but it turned out to be from the cream. After applying my usual Topicream, everything went away immediately.
I do not recommend it. Maybe it's a bad batch or poor storage conditions. Considering that returns are not accepted, don't waste your money on it.

It is commonly used, for example, after treating demodicosis, to restore overly dry skin. However, if used for an extended period, it may cause a minor rash to appear.

I am also disappointed. I received it today, but I haven't tried it yet. What upset me is that all the description is in Polish... and on the box, the name of the cream is different from what was advertised (although the series name is still Physiogel)... Yes, it is manufactured in Thailand, with Poland as the distributor... but there is no mention of "Ireland" at all!... I agree that production facilities can be located in any country... But which brand's product is made in Thailand?

A wonderful cream for the winter season. I have very dry skin, and it moisturizes wonderfully. At first, there was a feeling of greasy film, but the problem was that I applied too much cream. I reduced the amount, and the problem disappeared. I apply foundation on top, and it spreads evenly. I will order it again for the next winter.

I have been using it for about a month and haven't noticed any effect yet... Maybe my skin is already perfect, so what kind of effect am I expecting to see?)) Dryness remains the only issue, it was there before and it still is. Other than that, it's just an average cream. I also use it on my hands. I didn't buy it here, but it was much cheaper. I couldn't find any drawbacks in the cream either. It's completely neutral.

This is a great cream that effectively moisturizes and eliminates dryness. It has a thick consistency, so I prefer to apply it before going to bed.

I bought this cream for special needs - to treat acne with external retinoids. Among the two moisturizing creams recommended by the dermatologist, I chose this one. I read that this cream is made according to the DMS principle and it is also labeled as non-comedogenic. A huge plus for me is that it is fragrance-free. I have been using it since April and the cream moisturizes well, restores the skin, and reduces redness and flakiness. Those who have treated their skin with retinoids know how reactive and irritated the skin can become, and how important it is to maintain hydration. So this cream turned out to be a lifesaver for me during this period. The only downside is that it leaves a greasy finish. I have to constantly blot it. Cosmetics apply well on top of it, but the greasiness is the only thing that bothers me. I don't understand why the price is so high, I bought it in the pharmacy for 175 UAH in April, and now it's already 200 UAH, but not 314 UAH!

The words about a "breakthrough in the field of therapeutic cosmetics" from the description actually correspond to reality. This cream was prescribed by a dermatologist (doctor of medical sciences) several years ago. Since then, there is nothing better for my sensitive skin, even among luxury cosmetics costing several thousand UAH.

This cream is well received even by inflamed, irritated, sunburned, or dehydrated skin. Now that I have healed my skin problems, I still keep Physiogel cream at home as a lifesaver for my sensitive skin, and I always take it with me when traveling because it never disappoints.

For severely dehydrated skin or for winter care, you can choose the Intensive variant - both creams are similar and both are excellent.

I have previously written a review, when I had been using the product for about a month. I have now stopped using it, or rather, I use it very rarely. The reason for this is that it started clogging my pores, and I also noticed that it doesn't really work. It feels like a heavy cream, but the effects are weak - any dryness that was there overnight remained the same. The same La Roche-Posay Hydreane Legere, which I compared to this cream before, actually reduces flakiness overnight. So, I take back my words about both creams being equally good. I switched to Physiogel after using La Roche-Posay Hydreane Legere, and after a couple of months, I noticed that my skin gradually became drier and in worse condition. When I went back to Hydreane, everything returned to normal. Additionally, with Physiogel, sometimes it feels like my skin is sweating. Now I only use Physiogel when I want to apply one of my foundation creams that only works well with it. In other cases, I don't use it. Of course, everyone is different, so I think this cream might still be suitable for many people.

Strange cream. It does work, but it gives the impression that it has no long-lasting effect. The problems return immediately after you stop using it, and that shouldn't happen because the skin should recover under the treatment and maintain the results for at least some time.

In the morning, there is a film on the face, which means that the cream's activity is superficial (maybe it does penetrate the skin with active substances, but I don't see that, I only see the film).

Despite my positive attitude towards the brand, they are somehow strange. The body lotion behaved the same way.
