It's not out of this world (I've used better toners) - it lacked a bit of moisture, but it's not advertised as a moisturizing toner. HOWEVER, as a step in a skincare routine with a good moisturizing/other serum and cream, it is a very good product. The scent is pleasant, it doesn't leave any stickiness, and it's economical.

The moisturizing effect is average, if I don't apply the cream within a minute, I already feel tightness, I had two toners before and neither of them caused this sensation. It's very liquid, almost like water, so it runs out very quickly. My husband and I have been using it in the morning and evening for about a month, and we're already halfway through the bottle. I had a Purity before, with the same milliliters, and it lasted me three months. If you don't have money for something more expensive, then it will do, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
