I have been ordering the shade 9/16 with a 4% oxidant for my fine, blonde hair for a long time now. I believe that 1.9% doesn't color (tone) slightly gray hair as well. After coloring my hair, I use hair masks and oil, so I cannot claim that my hair is dry.

I am satisfied with the product as always. The delivery was fast and convenient, thank you. However, I did not receive the gift that was mentioned in the package, maybe it was forgotten to be included. Nevertheless, I am grateful for your work.
