Product Usage Instructions

Do not use on: Bleached hair, hair that has undergone straightening treatments containing even small amounts of lye or guanidine, or hair dyed with products containing metals. Avoid reapplying within six weeks after the treatment.

Application of Neutralizing Balm:

• Wear protective gloves.
• Divide the hair into 4 sections.
• Start applying from the lower nape area, working with horizontal sections approximately 1 cm wide and 5 cm long.
• Avoid tangling the hair during application. If you need to section and secure the hair, do not pull it tightly or twist it into knots as this can cause damage.
• Use the same amount of Neutralizing Balm as the Straightening Cream.
• Leave it on for 10 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm running water.

Application of Glatt Straightening Cream:

• Wear protective gloves.
• Apply the Glatt Straightening Cream along the length of the hair, keeping approximately 1 cm away from the roots.
• Distribute the product evenly by thoroughly combing each strand.
• Work quickly; the application should not take more than 20 minutes.
• Cover the hair with a plastic wrap and you may use additional heat.
• Leave it on for 10-20 minutes, depending on the hair type.
• Rinse thoroughly for at least 5-8 minutes using warm running water.

Straightening Plates:

• Straightening plates can be used for both partial straightening of problematic areas and full hair straightening.
• For hair that is difficult to straighten, treat these areas with the straightening plates first, then apply the product to the remaining hair.
• Straightening plates are suitable for different hair lengths for ease of distribution and treatment.
• For a full head treatment, approximately 20-25 straightening plates are needed.
