Montale Boise Vanille Eau de Parfum

Becoming a favorite fragrance. One that is "forever". Bought without testing, solely based on the description of the main notes, and... it's love. It is the quintessence of me. It is evident that I am the same unforgiving person who doesn't care about others. One spray - and it feels like coming home. Let the whole world wait.
I won't break it down into notes - for me, it's cola and saffron at the beginning, and the whole universe afterwards. The combination of patchouli with cedar and geranium is power, charisma, and countless impressions.
After 5 years, I still love it endlessly. It's perfect.

I can immediately say that this fragrance is not for everyone, but rather for true perfume connoisseurs. And this is not an exaggeration. It is beautiful. I can detect woody notes and vanilla. There is even a sweet oud note, which is not mentioned here. It reminds me of Lancome Oud Bouquet (which I own) and also of Yves Saint Laurent. It is a woody scent. For lovers of these perfumes, this is definitely the way to go. Others should only try it out.

The sample does not match the scent of the 50ml bottle at all, not after waiting 24 hours, not after waiting 48 hours, not even for a lifetime. No matter how they try to convince me, the sample has a fragrance of vanilla and almond, while the bottle contains men's perfume, slightly musky and more suited to personal preference. I recommend doing a test in the store before purchasing, so as not to waste money like I did in my case.

The first sprays from the long-awaited bottle... and I can't believe my nose! Wow, this is amazing! It's like Shalimar's sibling in parfum version! Just without the leather, suede, and incense! The same citrusy-vanilla-spicy notes, just lightly dusted with dry lavender! Of course, they diverge in their base - Montale Vanilla Wood goes towards slightly spicy lacquered wood, unlike Shalimar with its powdery-vanilla base. Very high-quality, thoughtful, and absolutely feminine scent to my nose! Bravo, Mr. Montale! I really like how he plays with classics. Chypre Vanille is already one of my favorites, and now Boise Vanille joins its namesake companion!

I tried this fragrance in another store, and it is definitely not the usual fruity scent that many are accustomed to. It has a bold, serious, and daring aroma! Not everyone will be able to wear it, but those who do won't be able to resist it!!

This scent is completely different from what I had before. I am disappointed. If it were possible, I would return it. And here is the reason why it is cheaper.

I was choosing it as a gift. It's 100% original with fast delivery. I really liked the perfume. It is long-lasting. It reminds me of aroma sticks (smoky ones). Rich. Overwhelming.

I really liked them, they are luxurious and prestigious - a very beautiful cedar with patchouli and a touch of non-confectionary vanilla. They are sharp, strong, and intense - divine! They will suit fans of woody-patchouli notes and a hint of masculinity, yet still with a feminine touch.
