When I first held it in my hands and gave it a little shake, it immediately reminded me of a marker, as if there was a fiber ink reservoir inside :)
Drawing an arrow was a bit problematic, as there was a lack of drawing pigment, so I had to press a bit harder. I don't know, maybe the marker tip dried out and will develop over time. I'll leave a comment later on whether the tip developed or not.
I wore the arrows all day and they didn't smudge.

Terrible! This product is advertised as new, but there is almost no pigment, it doesn't draw! The pigment only appears if you press down hard and bend the brush, resulting in uneven and sporadic lines. I store it vertically and even tried testing it on my wrist beforehand, but it didn't help. I wasted my money and time on this makeup.

I applied it on a base - it lasted all day without smudging or running. Maybe I just need to degrease my eyelids? I am satisfied with the purchase.
