Great conditioner. I have dry, wavy, non-dyed hair without any heat styling. The inclusion of propylene glycol in its formula ensures excellent moisturization, while cetrimonium chloride acts as a conditioning additive. It suits my hair perfectly.

The balm is really disappointing, as I have to apply a huge amount just to slightly moisturize my hair. Additionally, it doesn't smell very pleasant. On top of that, I struggled to unscrew the pump, so I have to pour it directly from the bottle every time, even though I've tried multiple times to unscrew it.

It didn't work for me at all! My hair quickly becomes frizzy. After using this product, they became more tangled and felt stiff and unruly. No, thank you.

The balm really works. Regardless of the scent, it is simply unusual for such products to be "almost absent." I love this brand. I don't regret buying it, I will continue to get one as it helps my hair (I am a blonde).

I didn't like the balm. The smell is strange, chemical. As for its effect on the hair, I can't say much except that they are easier to comb with it than without it.
