I initially used the conditioner in combination with the mask. My hair was soft, shiny, and easy to comb. When the mask ran out, I only used the conditioner. I was very disappointed! My hair instantly started tangling and became brittle. Therefore, if you don't want to waste your money, do not buy this conditioner.

The product is decent. However, it may not be strong enough for very dry hair. Although, it does improve the condition of the hair compared to not using it.

I really liked it. My hair became soft, looked very smooth, and felt nice to touch. The only downside was that when the product was almost finished, it was very difficult to get it out. The lid couldn't be unscrewed, so I had to cut the container. I will happily buy it again.

I purchased this balm outside of Ukraine. Let me tell you, I have never had a more amazing balm in my life. My hair feels weightless, shiny, and alive. And I have been intensively lightening my hair for 20 years now! Even after leaving the salon, my hair doesn't look as good as it does with this balm. The only thing is, my jar looks completely different from the one presented here.

The effect is definitely there, especially if you leave a ton of conditioner on your hair when rinsing it out, but it weighs down and quickly makes the hair greasy. For the same price, the Salon Professional conditioners are much better.

For this price and volume, it is an excellent balm. Additionally, it is professional, meaning that a few drops are sufficient. It didn't quite suit me - I had to trim my dyed hair after purchasing the balm, and even a drop of the balm is a bit heavy for my hair. However, it will be perfect for dyed hair.
