This is an excellent toothpaste that we have been using for several years.

The white toothpaste (not gel) comes in a tube made of good quality plastic, with a wide cap that allows the tube to stand on its own. The toothpaste has a good and proper consistency: it doesn't clump up in your mouth or turn into a watery substance without any foam (two extremes that are unlikely to appeal to anyone, yet can be found in some toothpastes). It spreads very well throughout the oral cavity, provides the perfect amount of foam, and cleans the teeth very effectively. Despite its very soft and delicate mint fragrance, it leaves a refreshing feeling in the mouth. I cannot say that it has a soothing effect; rather, it "energizes" the gums, making them stop being sluggish and become firmer. I believe in its antibacterial effect, as it can be felt. I cannot say that this toothpaste has a gentle and mild action... I will observe it until the end of the tube, and if it doesn't "energize my gums to near death," I will definitely continue to purchase it as I liked it.

Great toothpaste! I have been using it for several years because I have gum problems. What I particularly appreciate about this toothpaste is that it doesn't have an overwhelming amount of menthol. Due to the excessive menthol, I cannot use other toothpastes.

I disagree with the previous review. This toothpaste stopped bleeding and inflammation of the gums for three members of our family. It was prescribed by a doctor.
