I have been using the balms from this brand for quite a while now. I won't switch because no other balm can make my hair smooth, silky, and give it a delicate scent like this one does :)

I bought this balm in Europe for a reasonable price! Its European quality is just as good as expensive professional masks! Currently, it's my favorite. If you leave it on your hair for at least 30 minutes, it feels like you've just had a salon treatment. It nourishes superbly for a small amount of money! I highly recommend it! 5+

For its price range, it is very good. It is a bit liquidy, but it moisturizes the hair excellently without making it greasy or weighing it down. It has a pleasant coconut scent. If you urgently need to buy a conditioner at the store, then pay attention to this one.

It is advisable to take the entire hair care series. I also ordered the conditioner and rinse. I really like this brand - you won't find anything better for damaged hair. I highly recommend it.

I bought a balm from the store.
I usually wash the packaging before using it.
The packaging had big holes and water leaked inside, spoiling the whole product.
I used it only halfway and threw it in the trash.

I give 5 stars to the balm from the EU and 1 star to the Ukrainian one. These are absolutely two different products, despite having the same name. They even have different compositions. The Ukrainian one (produced in Uzhhorod) is liquid with zero effect. The European one is noticeably thicker, and I can clearly see the effect from it. I have been using this series for a long time (I also use the treatment). My hair is waist-length, so I notice the quality of hair care products immediately. Honestly, I don't understand the situation when low-quality and normal-quality products are sold under the same brand. Such a manufacturer's policy is a bit misleading. Thanks to the Makeup for delivering from the EU, it would have been sad without you.

I tried a 50 ml sample of this product on my waist-length hair, which is not thick. It was enough for two uses. The scent is nice and lingers on the hair for a long time. However, that's about it... I didn't notice anything else good about it.

Sometimes I even skip using hair oil for the ends because the shampoo and conditioner are enough. But what can I say. If you have the opportunity to wait, I would recommend ordering a large volume from Europe. Sadly, I have to admit that the quality really differs. Girls wrote that it became more liquid. And it is indeed more liquid if you buy it in our local stores. Maybe it was just a specific batch, but the one I ordered was thick and consistent.

This conditioner is terrible. As a blonde, my hair is already dry, and this conditioner does absolutely nothing for it. It's as watery as water itself, and to make matters worse, the bottle was only half full of conditioner.

I received a miniature version of this balm from a beauty club. I am absolutely thrilled with this balm! The 50ml in the miniature was enough for two uses on my thick, shoulder-length hair. After using it, my hair feels soft, smooth, and every strand lies perfectly in place. I don't understand why I overlooked the "Dove" brand before. I will definitely get myself the full-sized version of this product!

Good conditioner! If you have VERY oily hair, it probably won't work for you, but it's an excellent option for normal and dry hair. Personally, this shampoo and conditioner series is my favorite. Of course, no shampoo or conditioner can miraculously heal your hair instantly, but it can definitely help maintain them in good condition. And, of course, it's important to remember the correct way to apply the conditioner, starting from the mid-lengths without touching the roots, and rinse it thoroughly for best results. I really like it. I recommend it.
