It is very prickly, like needles((. You have to be careful when using it to avoid getting hurt. I also have Olivia, and she is better. Although this brush is good for brushing hair. But after drying, my neck and ears are all red (( and the price is not small.

To the girls who say that the bristles are supposedly stiff, I want to say - what did you expect? This brush is for STYLING, not massaging the scalp, it has different functions. The root area should be dried with a different comb, and you should use the brush for the length of the hair. So, you need to be more careful and not tarnish the reputation of this wonderful brush.

I have been waiting for a long time to buy this comb at a discounted price. I already have round Olivia Garden combs in my arsenal, which I am very satisfied with. However, I wanted to have this specific one as well, as there are many good reviews about it, just like the brand itself. But the impressions are not clear-cut. I am not thrilled about using it, except for its attractive design. The bristles are stiff and they scratch the skin a lot. It is very lightweight, so it doesn't feel like a solid and reliable tool in my hand. It also styles my hair worse than my Garden brushes. Moreover, it grabs onto the hair and pulls painfully, especially the strands that shouldn't get caught in the comb. Overall, my expectations for it were rather exaggerated!

I disagree with the previous comment about the bristle stiffness - I've had brushes with stiffer bristles, but this one is super. I even keep it in its original plastic packaging to avoid accidentally squashing it. It's not like the bristles are super soft or anything. Plus, let's not forget that this brush is specifically designed for styling, not just for regular everyday brushing.

I didn't like it! The bristles are very sharp, and if you accidentally touch your scalp, it feels very unpleasant. The bristles stick out like wires, but if you don't touch your scalp, it's generally okay.
