I ordered it for the first time, but I made the right choice. This is a great product that suits me well (I have normal skin). It moisturizes without any feeling of tightness.
The only thing is that it doesn't completely remove eye makeup - you need to rub quite hard for a thorough makeup removal, which is unpleasant.
But overall, it's a really great product - I use it every morning and evening.
I didn't buy it here, but it's simply amazing - I have to share my impressions. Before this, I used Lancome's two-phase micellar water, but it's nothing compared to this miracle: it gently removes makeup and dirt without leaving the face sticky or dry, unlike Lancome and Nivea. As for usage, I recommend slightly wetting the sponge with hot water to better distribute the product on the cotton pad, as the consistency is quite thick. If you don't wet the pad, you will need a lot more product to moisturize the entire sponge. The quality of cleansing (sponging) is not affected at all, so go ahead and use it without hesitation, you won't regret buying it.

This product is absolutely terrible! It feels like you're applying some kind of grease to your face that you then have to struggle to wash off. I didn't expect this from this brand at all. The mascara doesn't come off, it just smears all over your face.

It effectively cleanses the skin and if applied in moderation, it doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. However, it does require some effort to completely remove mascara with it.

I would like to share a review for girls with dermatitis. I personally have very sensitive skin, so I rarely wear makeup because many cosmetic ingredients irritate my skin. Through trial and error, I have found that Vichy cosmetics work well for me. Vichy Thermal Water pleases me. I use this product to cleanse my skin every evening. I accidentally bought this makeup remover hoping that it can be used with water. But of course, I tested it a couple of times as instructed. Oh, horror! Ladies, do you really enjoy spreading foundation, mascara, sweat, and dust all over your face with a sponge and think it's okay? The idea of washing without water is uncomfortable for me, so I still wash my face afterwards.
To avoid wasting it, I apply it to a sponge and use it to clean my bare face as an additional cleansing step.
