I accidentally bought this makeup remover hoping that it can be used with water. But of course, I tested it a couple of times as instructed. Oh, horror! Ladies, do you really enjoy spreading foundation, mascara, sweat, and dust all over your face with a sponge and think it's okay? The idea of washing without water is uncomfortable for me, so I still wash my face afterwards.
To avoid wasting it, I apply it to a sponge and use it to clean my bare face as an additional cleansing step.
The product does not cause allergies and does not dry out the skin. It leaves the skin soft. However, it doesn't work well with mascara.
