Hermes Kelly Caleche Eau de Parfum

I adore Kelly! I have missed them so much out of my hundred bottles, and today I received them as a gift from my husband ♡

I couldn't wait to try it, so I opened the bottle immediately and applied it... Mmmmm... This is love! Once again, I am amazed at how contradictory reviews can be. For me, this perfume is the scent of a luxurious woman, purity, and elegance. It also smells like spring.

The only disappointment is that my bottle (PV) came without a lock. Luckily, I kept the lock from my previous bottle and immediately attached it to the new one. I have no doubt about the authenticity of the perfume, as the manufacturing date of 2020 is clearly visible on the batch. Perhaps Hermes decided not to attach locks to Kelly Caleche bottles anymore.

This perfume was a perfect fit for me! It smells absolutely amazing! It's light and delicate. It's more suitable for everyday wear, not for evenings.

I would like to add that these perfumes need to be left to settle for about 2 months after transportation, as then the sharp, bitter, chemical note clearly disappears. The scent is cool and sophisticated. It has a fresh peony, green, and leather fragrance. It is very long-lasting, but not everyone will like it. It is perfect for a professional or monochromatic look. Testing it is a must before making a purchase.

The scent is very specific, like really specific. This is one of those cases where testing is a must. It's very long-lasting. I detect dry grass and something similar to leather, but like a well-treated one with chemicals. Then the scent calms down, like expensive leather, but with cold flowers and grass. Maybe it's just not suitable for me, or maybe it's not the right season (summer), but from a distance, it has the trail of an expensive perfume. I will continue testing it.

I purchased this perfume a year ago and have tried it in all seasons and weather conditions. It has an unpleasant persistent bitterness. However, I bought it because I had a sample before and really liked the scent. In the actual perfume, I can only vaguely perceive the pleasant notes that I enjoyed in the sample. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. I recommend everyone to test it before buying to avoid wasting their money. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying this perfume.

The durability now is significantly lower.

I have this perfume in my collection, but I just can't wear it. I've tried it many times in different weather conditions, but it's just too specific. I love raspberry in perfumes, but here the suede makes it rough, dusty, and itchy, even a bit chemical. Although the blend itself is very decent, maybe it's worth trying the eau de toilette version. The longevity is excellent, it can still be smelled on the skin by the end of the day and it lasts forever on clothes. Definitely not for the office or closed spaces, it will suffocate most people.

I really like this perfume! The scent is unique and very pleasant. I receive compliments when wearing it. The bottle is also nice, although I prefer the perfume itself. The only thing that disappoints me is the new price. However, overall, it is excellent! Maybe even the best.
